Gerry founded 33 Nest in 2022 with a vision to create architecture rooted in intention and shaped by lived experience. Having lived and worked across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, he brings a global perspective that informs every project. His approach blends cultural insight with thoughtful design, resulting in spaces that feel both timeless and deeply personal.
Roy Serinken
Lead Architect
Roy brings an international perspective shaped by studying and working across the USA and Europe. His design philosophy centers on dissolving rigid boundaries to create spaces where people move effortlessly and naturally. With commercial expertise abroad and residential focus in North America, his work blends cultural depth with functional clarity—helping define the architectural voice of 33Nest.
Amara Onyema
Design Assistant
Amara is a designer with a background in interior design studies at SCAD, bringing a refined perspective to interiors and architectural storytelling. She supports the studio in shaping design narratives, developing material palettes, and translating concepts into cohesive spaces. Her collaborative approach and eye for detail add depth and creativity to 33 Nest’s work.
Mehmet Kıcıroğlu
3D Visualization Artist
Mehmet transforms architectural ideas into immersive visual experiences. Working closely with the design team, he crafts renders that capture both the essence and detail of a project. His work balances technical precision with creative artistry, ensuring each visualization not only communicates design intent but also conveys the atmosphere and emotion behind it.
Robyn Thomas
Compliance Director & AOR
Robyn is the founder of Robyn Studios Architecture and one of the licensed architects on our team. With over two decades of experience across residential, multi-family, retail, and commercial projects, she brings invaluable expertise to 33 Nest. Robyn oversees compliance and code for large-scale projects, ensuring our designs meet the highest standards while supporting the creative ambitions of a young studio.
Maria Barbiso
Design Associate
María is an emerging designer from Buenos Aires, Argentina, bringing curiosity and fresh perspective to the studio. She supports the team in exploring new architectural ideas, design approaches, and technologies, contributing thoughtfully to 33 Nest’s projects while continuing to expand her craft.
