Gerry founded MN+A in 2022 with a vision to create architecture rooted in intention and shaped by lived experience. His path into design was not conventional, with a background in international business law and early work across technology, media, music, and art. Living and working between the U.S., Canada, and Europe, he developed a perspective informed by direct engagement with a wide range of spaces and cultural contexts.
Those experiences inform his approach today, alongside ongoing study, workshops, and a creative exchange with an artist in Paris focused on perspective drawing. Gerry focuses on how people live and interact with space, translating this into clear, considered architectural responses. Drawing from a personal archive of references, his work blends cultural awareness with atmosphere and material, creating spaces that feel grounded, lasting, and personal.
