Jamila Mindingall
About
Jamila is the founder of Bedrock Resourcing, an Atlanta-based permitting consultancy, and has worked alongside MN+A for over four years as a Permitting Consultant. With more than 20 years of experience -- including time working within the City of Atlanta -- she brings a deep understanding of the approval process across both residential and commercial projects.
Her involvement goes beyond coordination. Jamila works closely with the design team to align project intent with city requirements, helping translate reuse strategies into proposals that meet future land use policies and move efficiently through review. Her familiarity with MN+A’s design approach allows her to bridge regulatory constraints with the broader vision, supporting approvals that are both compliant and thoughtfully executed.
