Clinton Road Development

Innovative living, rooted in community.

Clinton Phase 1 reflects our commitment to sensitive infill development and site-specific design. Located on Lots 1 through 4 of a subdivided 3-acre parcel in Macon, Georgia, these homes navigate a creek crossing the site and a slope falling to the west — conditions we resolved by leading the creek buffer determination ourselves, a justification later verified by a civil engineer through planning and rezoning.

Each home responds to its specific lot condition rather than a single repeated typology: an offset duplex on the narrow front lot, a vaulted single-family residence on the corner, and two split-level homes with foundations stepped to follow the grade rather than cut into it. With clean forms, elevated balconies, and a restrained material palette of fiber cement siding, dark-stained timber, and oak accents, Phase 1 establishes an architectural narrative that balances modern living with natural immersion.
